Everything. Management is horrible. There is no SOP of the school. It's like they are running a circus. It's only a way of making money for the school owners. No sick leaves, no casual leaves. It's like working as bonded labours There are a few permanent faculty who act as if they are God. You can not do anything on your own. Senior faculty always undermine your work. Half of the Director's wife's family works here. Please do not join this school. A lot of extra load is given to teachers. They have to decorate the class.
