There are certain areas like in-service training of the teachers is not very frequent.Apart from this it is anticipated from the team members to be themselves accountable for the work given to them in a stipulated time. The management though is quite considerate and addresses the issues but there is no motivation from either of your superiors, rather one doesn't come to know whether his/ her tireless work has been recognised or not....Read More
