Very Nice if you are a fresher you can learn lot they provide skill development and learning opportunity. Salary will be credited on time.

Dislikes

If you don't need for process they will terminate before appraisal time. Yes there is politics it is bad. That's all.

I like about having friends who helps me in improving skills. I have a negative impact on ox softwares

Dislikes

I dislike the management, their behaviour. No proper appraisal, no amenities, no proper restroom. No pantry. Mainly no work life balance. We work there for more than 14+ hours each day. It's tedious, the management doesn't even want us to be happy or to go home earlier
