Bad company, there's no job security not even for the permanent employee. Management is totally bad the HR dept they call you when the production is high and they force you to resign when there's no production and there's no work for us to do.

Dislikes

It's a company who fools newly diploma graduates into working like a animal's for 16hrs they pay a good salary when you are trainee but reduce it when you get permanent in the name of insensitive they only pay 15k a month with a yearly incremental of 3%.
