The managers are not cooperative, even it's look like that these people are working to harass their juniors. I am very much disappointed. Outlook as a publishing house is very good. The editors were mostly good, barring a few old ones. Overall the exposure I got over here was very good.
Dislikes
The biggest disadvantage of working here was that the work culture was at times toxic, especially during production days. Also the salary gets credited on the 9th of every month, which was again a disadvantage but still workable (at least it came).
