I joined this company but trust me it ruined my mental peace in such a way that i got a trauma for life now! Everyone who is on managerial position is biased and english speaking illiterate they think they are brilliant but trust me they are most pathetic nonsense people live working there! The senior management is unaware or blind being aware of bias being held at grass root level plus people gets sac when they deny to share insentive to team lead supported by Manager discreetly and along with which they will make it silent firing, by giving you sorted worst leads and providing thier liked ones with best leads churned best ones for own self manually
