Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Well the school is taking every possible step to avoid any physical touch and following social distancing.Every employee is scanned before entering the school premises and is given fresh masks and a 100 ml sanitizer bottle. Every thing from fees collection to studies have been done online. The office is regularly cleaned using the finest disinfectant.
