If you have a lower CTC then your O.T. will be worthless. You'll be forced to give extra hours at work since man power is always short. You basically have no life outside the company. The "casuals" are always short makes it a lot difficult to maintain process operations. In case you joined here as "Officer" (Diploma /M.Sc.) everything is your responsibility and questions will be asked to you and "field Operators" are seen as "casuals" as well, they are not given any responsibility.
