I would recommend you to not join this company as credit analyst as there is no scope and as well there are many politics going on inside. There is one illiterate manager who keeps on targeting you unnecessarily, and you would not have any personal life if you are working in credit department. There is no value of hardworking person, there is no appreciation the only thing you will get here is discrimination also you have to work on Sundays as well and on every festival....Read More

1year I'm oto capital employe after 1year they changed to contract olx , their is no job security i never seen any other company like this after 1year doing changed After 1year doing all companies take on-roll employe Manager also doing more partiality to employees in leaves giving & salary hike based on work productivity they not doing salary hike
