1) Work process is very good. 2) Except for a few people, the rest of the Spinny team is very good. They are very supportive.

Dislikes

1) Job timing and incentive structure not good. 2) After the performance remains down for one or two months, when you directly fire the executive by giving him PIP in mid-month without any intimation, and when he again tries for a job in Spinny, he does not get the job.

Spinny always intend to provide their customer good experience but they lack to provide their good experience

Dislikes

Spinny employees are not treated well they forced you to sell more and more cars at a lower incentive they give you just Rs.350 for a car as a incentive that too if you sell more than 15 cars a month if you sell below 15 than there in no incentive for you

At starting the process was good but now some of the members is not working properly , specially the new manager who has been doing unfair with targeted employees that’s way some in one month 3 employees has resigned.

Worst environment to work if you are not local then it is very hard to serve.specially with mangers. He is particularly targeted the employee then . Always threatened that you will be fired.
