Company facing fincial issue that's why company is in cost cutting and most of employees lost their jobs and working invoirement is now very poor and also most of Sunday working now without benifit so employees are insicure..

Spinny always intend to provide their customer good experience but they lack to provide their good experience

Spinny employees are not treated well they forced you to sell more and more cars at a lower incentive they give you just Rs.350 for a car as a incentive that too if you sell more than 15 cars a month if you sell below 15 than there in no incentive for you

Management is doing partiality regarding appraisals, and other benefits. Managers are providing huge amount of appraisals and benefits to their favourites. I have worked for around 4 years and still my manager was harrasing me regarding lots of things. I worked with spinny almost almost 2 and a half years everything was going good my performance was so good at the time of appraisal higher authorities told me that i am not eligible for the same. As i waited for appraisal almost 1 and half year.y manager and TL was doing politics over there

I would like to share my female friend's interview experience with your recruiter, Rahul, who works at Spinny. He wasted 4 days by repeatedly rescheduling her interview. He would call her after office hours and even invited her to his place for interview preparation. He also asked if she was single and engaged in unprofessional, time-wasting conversations.
