Thanks to all my seniors for their guidance and support at all levels...it was their support and trust in me that led me to become a part of a Group that was awarded a trip to Europe for 10 days, it was fun and Paris, Amsterdam & Switzerland were amazing cities ever visited.

Pros for working here are you have a freedom to work and have good opportunities to learn the communication skills and crack the deals with the counseling based approach

Cons about working in this company are :- 1. You dont have the growth opportunities, you will get stuck at one place and position 2. There is no excitement in the long term, you will get saturated one day 3. There is no job security in the company owned centers 4. Targets provided in the review meet are unrealistic to achieve 5. Higher management's culture is terrible
