Like interacting with young upcoming talents and imparting knowledge to the youngsters . Enlightening them about the aviation world. And ofcourse the friendly working environment . And understanding franchise owners .

Nothing really.However expecting faculty to do documentation work like SDM , n validation etc would be unreasonable. Often faculty is expected to carry out back to back 8 hrs sessions (4 classes ). It becomes physically impossible to do documentation work on the system.it will be of great help to have secretarial staff to help faculty with this work. One has to understand being on your toes the whole day can be very taxing ....Read More

The staff is very self centred . No help from the seniors . Promises made during recruitment was not fulfilled . The HR team makes false promises . The seniors doesn’t know how to talk . Management staff are rude and don’t listen to the concern of the employee . Just want to get their work done and don’t even consider listening to the concerns of employee .
