In lockdown I was giving my best performance as well I do. Locals are gone to home but its a best moment for me I was there. I worked in this company not only as Otis elevator company but also as my own company, employees are like a family. Company feed me 4 times in a shift. Facilities are overrated for me. I'm from Kolkata so for lockdown situation I have to left Otis this was a wrost time to me. HR is great to me. he supports me to go home in this situation also my employee and supervisor are treated me like I'm a child and they are my father-like.It's my decision next time I will apply to Otis not as a trainee I will crack my post as a management level to Otis Elevator Company.
