OTIS is a very good and successful manufacturing company and services provider, not an IT company like SAP or Ultimate Software, so the IT culture is not at par with IT focused companies

Basically OTIS Is the best company in elevator industry to work , but I would recommend not to joint OTIS in Bhubaneswar due to local management , the management is like a local company in ODISHA , you fell like a school student in this company

You have to do major repairs also You to do housekeeping You have to clean the pit You have to clean the hoist way , and machine room No appreciations for your work But you can get worst punishment for a small mistake Every day your manger scold you for nothing You will get mentally and physically tension in specially ODISHA BRANCH
