It has Good environment also there is good management, and I got good promotion within 2 years, all the trainers and managers are very corporative with all the employees and grandly we celebrate all the functions, and there is 5 days working but sometime when the work load is more we have to work on Saturday

I am working in this company since 1 year . Management & work environment here is pretty good. The thing I like the most here is our safety and job security. HR make sures that our problems are never unheard and our issues are resolved. Staff is really supportive. Almost every festival is celebrated with very enthusiasm.

Misleading me from starting They hired me for HR operations but They shuffle me into BGV process after they shuffle me into Payroll process but the real situation is they said I need to do Payroll process but they assigned me I'D generation and ECode generation for new employees.

This organisation is not hiring you they are purchasing you They have simple strategy to prove you fool on first place and you have to keep justifying yourself that I am not fool and when you are stuck in this cycle you work for 13 14 hours a day and even work on Saturday and Sunday. They achieve their motive with less salary, by just proving you as dumb personality you keep working and trying to justify that you are not brainless employee.
