So much to dislike.. No Team work.. No support from team manager. Team manager is very very rude, don't know how to talk with juniors doesn't pay any respect to juniors. Team manager often giving bad words to employees. No training for new changes in process. Ask you to work on Holiday's too and never gets pay for holiday working. No overtime pay....Read More

Team Members were Co-operative. Job Security is excellent. Salary is given on time.

Training given for work doesn't match with 50% of work to be done. Career growth is really very slow. Appraisal is max. 15% that too on negotiation to quit the job. Travel reimbursement takes a lot time, almost a year if not kept follow up, also they require all proofs that to includes travelling through Auto and parking charges where no documentation are kept and approval from superiors is definately a head ache. Clients at osource don't like any arguement even if they are wrong. Also, Senior management expects to work in this environment with least expectation. Work is mainly done on templetes which makes it boring. No innovation or excitement over the work.
