Never join this company, rather start a cart. They will use you, get difficult projects done. After they use you, will fire you with any stupid reason. Never believe them. Especially, if you are married or have family responsibilities, never join this company.

You will have to come on time, but no time for leaving. They fire the employees at stupid reasons.

What a pathetic company without no working culture. Pros. 1) Boss is Tharkee No.01 So you may find good chicks in his office. 2) You can Learn different kind of Abuses with in 2-3 days. 3) You can understand yourself that how much unwanted stress/torture you can bear. 4) You can learn how to get satisfied. 5) If you are a smart & energetic female then definite you will get career growth & opportunities personally by CEO or COO of this company. 6) Work Satisfaction is really 100%. you will get hikes with 6-7 months. bcoz you will have to find another job :). Cons.(My Experience) 1) Skill Development & Learning :- Nil. with in months you will forget what you had learned in previous job. 2) Work Life Balance:- Director need atleast 9am to 10pm shift. Don't join in Accounts, HR or IT team. Unless your life will be screwed up. 3) Compensation & Benefits :- Director will really surprise you with surprise compensations and i.e he will come and humbly request you all to sit and finish your work by hell or high water. Unless nobody will leave the office. 4) Company Culture:- Simply Pathetic. 5)Job Security :- Only for deserving candidates. Director of this company decide who is deserving . LOL 6) Career Growth:- Definite deserving candidates got hike from 15k to 80k with in a year. But please don't ask me how. 7)Work Satisfaction :- if you can satisfy boss then your work satisfaction will be awesome. 8) Company also deduct EPF and ESI from your salary and never deposit with departments and keep your funds safe with their own custody....Read More
