Terrible infrastructure, terrible work culture, very disoriented functioning, alot of money frauds, very passive aggressive communication system, no official hiring of any staff, no proof of recruitment. Salary was cut for being Even 2 minutes late.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
