Politics is the backbone of ORIX. They torture people on resignation. Play games and illegally try to retain employee by blackmailing you that we will destroy your career and won't allow you to join any where. Even HR head were aware of this kind of communication by manager and they turn a deaf ears to this.

ORIX is very good company I had spent my lovely 19 years and they always take care off their staff at all situations.
