Sorry to say this but company in deep losses every year they layoff peoples even they hire new people and layoff them within a year. If you are looking for job security it's absolutely zero. Other negative thing is so much politics in every department. Oriflame is use to be big brand earlier but now it's a sinking ship.

Not relevant in today's time. Old people in teams. Not young or dynamic. No scope for growth. No promotions. Pyramid scheme used for marketing. Mass layoffs. Racist. Favours white skin Swedish or Russians. Not much left to do.
