It was one of the biggest mistake of my life I took job there. Highly unprofessional work ethics. The people sitting in higher position even don't understand English and just looking for means to humiliate, dupe and exploit employees.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
