If you're starting as a Fresher, you can get lot of learnings and experience in multiple department.

Dislikes

Limited scope of development, less salary, no benefit given to faculty, no fixed fee structure for students, management hierarchy to approach or get approval is confusing.

Regular salary. Timely UGC approval and promotions to deserving staff.

Dislikes

No salary as per government norms. Other points are: 1. No PF 2. No holidays as per University norms 3. No medical leaves. 4. Unfair importance to students' feedback. 5. Constantly changing policies towards staff. 6. Favoritism toward particular community staff.

Working at OCP is exhausting. You are managing multiple administrative tasks thanklessly while taking care of all your academic responsibilities. Uneven distribution of the duties makes it very difficult.
