Brand doesn’t know what it wants to be. They are trying random things. Product quality, work life balance, customer satisfaction (internal & external) are very poor. It used to be a great place to work. But now, its very frustrating to be here.

Worst culture, no management direction. Frequent changing of CEOs and BU Heads in Fan Division. National Sales Head, Service Head, 2 BU Heads and 3 CEOs have come in the past 1.5 years. Power centered around the owner, and everyone just serves the owner and their offspring.
