Mostly the overall culture and the management. Management never thought about the employee. And there are no particular dicision maker on that plant. Increment process was also very bad. After resign, it is almost 4 months pass away till now they are not clear my FNF. And about experience letter they asked me to came to the head office and have to sign a non-disclosure form (in which a point have been mentioned that "An employee can't join any company those who have O-PVC or PVCO product for atleast 2 years".) If they asked me to sign that non-disclosure form at the time of joining that was ok but after resign they asked me to do signature and only after that they will provide the experience letter. This thing is not only happen to me. it is going on from last 8-9 months almost....Read More
