1. Company policy change frequently. 2. No work life balance. Working hours mentioned 10 am to 5 pm. But work assign to you that you never complete within 5 pm. 3. One person assign to one project so you can't take leave according to your necessary. 4. When you join they will tell you lots of incentives but ultimately you will not receive none of them.

One-woman driven company, hence policy changes every 10 seconds, no work-life balance, there's no one to whom grievances can be put forward, no management skills, no proper work-space, selfish attitude and exploiting company employees like anything, no TA given for site visits, 10-5 hour job from Monday to Saturday, where you have to work at home as well..also you have to work on Sunday ultimately resulting into a nervous breakdown because company keeps on recruiting people and employees keep on leaving out of frustration and one fine morning you get to know that you have been assigned to all the additional projects....Read More
