Well , There is nothing good to speak about this place at all, Kindly do not even waste your time scrolling through the job openings , Life is taken for granted from the Business head level to all hierarchies down till BDA or Counsellor levels. You can expect to be fired anytime for any reason where you are not involved. Also expectstupid decisions being rolled down through their policies which changes every day whenever they want. Dont get intrigued by the pay package or the Designation they have to offer - Every single promise made while your interview will be denied later , Incentives are far from reach and only will be mentioned on Offer letters , It will never reach your bank account, Practically they pay you an X amount and say you have earned X + 1 as incentives and then you will realise at the time you receive your salary slip - There are penalties levied and hence your net pay will be (X+1) - 10 = -9 There are penalties levied for every layer of hierarchy, and this is their success mantra and this is exactly how they make profits or show it to their investors. Last but not the least There is only 1 Person who makes and breaks rules , careers and probably will ruin your Life - Mr. A**** Kumar. Beware of this person , As per his logic and experience you dont need any one in the company to run the show , He will fire you for senseless reasons and will also abuse you in the zoom meet in front of everyone , I wonder why has the HR system not taken any charge of this as this is legally wrong to do. He believes that school admissions is a piece of cake and it will run on its own , he doesn't need any senior management neither does he require any staff for it, He just needs a bunch of jokers who would dance to his tunes. He does have 1 who reports to him Mr. V***** P***** the biggest joker in this parody , the one who can never take a stand to whats wrong and whats right. People with 9 years of experience fired within 2 mins without a discussion. The HRs have a tough time handling exit interviews rather than getting more ppl on board, The attrition rate is more than 30% at lower levels and 50% at senior and top management levels....Read More

I have several concerns that have led to my decision to resign from Orchids the international School. 1) Unilateral Changes to Job responsibilities - My role has been changed without my consent, and I've been assigned counselling work without relevant training or background. 2) Unrealistic workload and expectations- I've been tasked with completing incomplete data within an unrealistic timeframe without support, and I'm Expected to work late hours, Including Sunday's and Holiday's. 3) Disregards for employee well- being- The management has shown a lack of concern for my mental and physical health, expecting me to work despite health issues. 4) Unfair treatment and inaccurate accusations- I was marked Leave without pay(LWP) for not reading whatsapp messages where i was busy was with given tasked. 5) Company is only adding roles and responsibilities day by day not while increment hike they give 3-5% only. after giving 10hours to company. 6) lack of support and grievance redressal- My grievances have been ignored, I've received no Support or response from the management.
