Orchids believe in creating a sustainable environment with teachers who can guide and polish the natural talents of children. They should be able to create an ambience where children can learn effectively and our main aim to maintain a fun-filled atmosphere, where education will be an interesting activity. We support our teachers to show the way to children to their desired horizons.As we invest in a people environment, one has to divide capability between technical and personal. Interactions are key between multiple stakeholders, and one can not just improve as an isolated party. We encourage networking between everyone as we want to build a people culture.

Job Market Seems to Be Opening Up Again!

I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off! For context: I have about 5 years of experience in the IT field, currently working as a security analyst (contract role) for the past 6 months. I've been applying for analyst roles at junior/mid-level positions open to hybrid and remote setups. Certifications I’ve done so far include CEH, CCNA, AWS Practitioner, and Splunk Essentials.
