Dislikes

i don’t dislike anything about my current manager. we occasionally have differences of opinion, but i think that healthy part of working in a team where all members are trying to do their best for the project and isn’t indicative of any personality clashes.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
