Only buttering your boss can save your job not your work performance. Mgt also not bother about the performer. Working culture is pathetic.

Only buttering your Boss can give you job security not your work performance. Mgt is also not employee friendly. Working culture is too pathetic. Salary cut , no incentive, employe harrassment etc. without any reason are few examples.

You don't have personal time in this company. Don't surprise if Your bosses call you at midnight.No Sunday or holiday because your boss will ask you to prepare many reports on these days with timeline to send it before end of the day. Hence
