Friendly staff, Products are good and scalable, customer satisfaction is also taken very seriously but no growth opportunity as company is impatient to grow and would like to rehire rather than retain and train

You don't have personal time in this company. Don't surprise if Your bosses call you at midnight.No Sunday or holiday because your boss will ask you to prepare many reports on these days with timeline to send it before end of the day. Hence

There is only frustration, stress and gaslighting to be loved along with office politics. Personal life is to hell with and only office is to be your loved. The management asks you to speak about your problems that you are facing so that they can give a better environment but only more torture is returned.
