Oracle has good working culture and successful products. It has a good base of customers. Customer love Oracle Products. Oracle is becoming a good player in the Cloud Infrastructure space as well as Cloud Applications and that's what differentiates Oracle from its competitors.
I see a lot of partiality in Oracle Technology Division, wherein ULA and large deals in BFSI sector are given to specific and same people all the time since past 8 to 9 years. Same people are closen for large deals in old and new accounts if they get to know next year a big deal is about to happen in that account. Other competent people don't get a chance to work large deals or ULA or get into BFSI from Mid Market team. . It is only people who are favourite of Sales Director/VP Sales get the accounts and deals in BFSI. And this has happening since past 8 to 9 years. Other people get sidelined and there is no opportunity for them. If Manager doesn't like you despite you achieving your targets he gets personal with you and harasses you so that you leave on your own. Please stop this partiality of giving Banking and BFSI accounts only to favourite people. Give others a change to perform. Rotate roles and responsibility. Taking a leave or even 2 hours off the manager makes you feel as though you're stealing from his house. 3. No Training, they say they dont have budget for it.
