Work Life Balance was the best thing i could say about working in Oracle. Mostly a peaceful 9 to 5 job except for urgent and emergency work which is needed during the time of crisis. I can't say the same post pandemic

Job Security is a concern. Me and my team members were suddenly asked to leave within an hour though we all were busy with our projects and all of us were efficient workers. It doesn't matter if you are a very skilled worker or not, staying in a job too long in the same position is always a risk. Salary is less to the experience you have. Your junior may be earning more than you and that is awkward....Read More
