My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. Work-life balance was amazing.

Dislikes

Was working on ADF framework on JAVA 1.6 which is behind 10 years from current technologies. No hike, no bonus. No growth on the personal front.

Work Details

Even though company provides work from home facility, my Manager was rigid and was expecting his team to come to office regularly. As his home was near by he used to come to office for couple of hours in the morning and couple of hours in the evening.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Work Life Balance was the best thing i could say about working in Oracle. Mostly a peaceful 9 to 5 job except for urgent and emergency work which is needed during the time of crisis. I can't say the same post pandemic

Job Security is a concern. Me and my team members were suddenly asked to leave within an hour though we all were busy with our projects and all of us were efficient workers. It doesn't matter if you are a very skilled worker or not, staying in a job too long in the same position is always a risk">. Salary is less to the experience you have</mark>. Work life balance is best part.

Dislikes

Appraisal does not happen on time. Very less hike. Fresher salary will be better than experienced people. Within company if stay for longer increment will be lesser. No revision on promotion.
