Work life balance, again work life balance, secure and peaceful no workload, you manager is everything for you. Learn maximum in one year and you can stay as long as with that learning, its legacy so company highly looking you stay back after an year. You never feel to search for a job once in, like a govt job.

Dislikes

No dislikes as such, hikes, internal job and onsite opportunity just like ad, learning new skill is tough and never get chance to apply.

My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. Work-life balance was amazing.

Was working on ADF framework on JAVA 1.6 which is behind 10 years from current technologies. No hike, no bonus. No growth on the personal front.

Even though company provides work from home facility, my Manager was rigid and was expecting his team to come to office regularly. As his home was near by he used to come to office for couple of hours in the morning and couple of hours in the evening.

Work Life Balance was the best thing i could say about working in Oracle. Mostly a peaceful 9 to 5 job except for urgent and emergency work which is needed during the time of crisis. I can't say the same post pandemic

Job Security is a concern. Me and my team members were suddenly asked to leave within an hour though we all were busy with our projects and all of us were efficient workers. It doesn't matter if you are a very skilled worker or not, staying in a job too long in the same position is always a risk. Salary is less to the experience you have.
