1. No hikes for 5-7 years straight. Not because of personal performance. Just with excuse the company doesnt have budget. 2. Trainings are frowned upon by managers. No budget for that again. 3. Teams work with a blame game culture. Other teams just dont use cuss words, rest all is hurled at one another. Managers feel they are kings, and never have a good feeling for their subordinates direct or other teams. 4. Meetings and more meetings to discuss the same lame defect list. 5. No good projects, no salary hike or promotion or even bonus. Better opportunities outside Oracle can be considered, and you will be lucky if you get a good project and that's also one out of 50 case. Very less on- site opportunity and lot of politics in management level

We have no job security in Oracle, even directors are getting fired without any intimation. No increment or variable pay is paid. 5 days work from office. Top management is filled with family and relatives.

work life balance is very good, work from home option.Working environment is not that toxic , employees are fairly treated. Given good laptop to work, nice cubicle. free biscuit and good quality coffee available. Good gym, recreational facilities provided in the office. OPD health insurance

there is hardly any monetary benefits given. After promotion very less hike is given ,your salary is corrected to the previous band. If money is not important in your life please join this company
