It's very common in optum to constantly throw you from one team to another within a month or even less. It creates instability and even though after giving 100% of your effort , no one will be there to recognise due to its bad politics. If the team or management sits in onshore and you by any chance is posted in offshore then forgetabout getting any decent work, contribution, acknowledgement and appraisal....Read More
