Great WL balance, lots to learn and implement, and great culture. You'll definitely have job security here, if you're decently skilled - one of the very few product companies that are this good on these parameters..

Dislikes

Although such benefits are there, the company fails to recognize and promote decent talent. There was a monetized incentive program[apart from perf bonus] earlier, which got scrapped, the pay is on the lower end of a decent scale. There are some okay-ish benefits like medicals, annual checkups, vaccination drives, external gym membership[subsidized cult.fit]. The culture is degrading year by year. And salary hike and bonus also not good. Promotion benefits also very less. Boring culture. Not much activities from team side. Not much outings or gatherings.

Employee centric company, with good benefits and compensation for employees, the learning curve is average, product based but work culture and working way is of service based

Too much politics by leadership, no promotion, no good hike , no recognition or award , people staying in the company for 15- 16 years are major decision takers , very bad learning curve , repetitive work , employees getting burnt out , proper service based culture or call center based

I enjoyed my work with Optum . It is a good company and the environment is also great . Optum thinks about their employees very well. I'm thankful of the company for gave an opportunity to work with them.

No appraisal no hikes no promotion the management was not good they are not least bothered about their employees. Head office was in gurgaon but those people develop their self they will not give much importance to Hyderabad employees A part from IT sector if you randomly ask with any operational team you will get the same answer their is politics. The manager will change every year optum will provide a survey every year how the organisation is running for every employee but the manager will call us and they will take the control from us and fill the forms and give rating 5/5 for the organisation and for themself .If any onshore people is reading this please make this issue it's very bad for the organisation...Read More

Extreme work pressure with no target consideration. Unrealistic target expectations. Rude behaviour of TL's. Working for more than 8,9 hours ended up to get marked as halfday . No work life balance. Even after having flexi hours for login. Managers constantly ask employees to login before 9am.
