Salary/pay/raises are a joke! Been working with a company for 2 years and get a tiny raise that doesn’t even put me at being equal to my coworkers that started a few months ago! I have worked after closings, used my personal laptop and cellphone to work from home when a child has been sick or unforeseen circumstances happen; such aspower outages, I never call out, rarely take a day off, I bust my A** everyday and have never complained (not to mention being totally overwhelmed with the job load and had a mental breakdown a few times), they increased the cost of our health insurance (and that isn’t easy being a single mom of 2) I have worked Saturdays, I have helped this company grow….
