Very bad working environment, No management at all, only one person takes all the decision, If you like or not you have to follow. Employees are being treated badly. They will never provide you re-leaving/ Experience latter, if you resign from your job. They will force you to serve you notice period and after that you will not get the salary/FNF for the same. In COVID period, they have forced employees to work on less then 50% salary, even some of them have been forced to work on 0 salary. There were some employees working there more then 10 years were treated as same. I have many things like that to share, Hence suggest you to avoid this company. This company doesn't care for its employees. Senior management will shout at you like you have no respect. They will make you stay till late night. Doesn't care for employees security..they make you sign a bond . Otherwise you won't get appraisal.. plus.. IF you want to leave the company they won't allow you to do so. They do not provide a ny documents .. they spoil their employees career.. also company infrastructure is very bad.. centralized AC is pending for repair from years.. no pantry in office.. suffocating environment. No tea breaks . No leave policy.. NO provident Funds.. they deduct double salary on leaves. New policies are made every new day . Worst company with worst and Shameless Owner. Actually it’s a leechad Baniya ki dukaan where owner and CEO (Sachin goel) said iski salary kaat lo and iska experience letter mt dena. They also forced their employees to give 4-5 star rating on google reviews. During covid time they imposed 60% salary deductions on everyone without their consent and those employees who resign during that time they didn’t give their experience letter even after completing notice period....Read More

It's been more than 2 years working with Optiontown and i found all the employees are very hardworking and passionate about their work which in fact motivates me always .

Nothing as such but yes it would be great if we can move to 5 days a week. As if now alternate Saturdays are working.
