Options is a multinational executive search firm with visionary leadership overall. The culture at the other offices except for India is excellent.

Dislikes

India office has no clear growth path. Favourites are promoted basis personal relations or friendship regardless of the performance and individual contribution to business. A lot of good employees have left the organization due to unseen growth. The top management is busy making money for themselves and the ones at lower levels are the ones working hard without being paid what they deserve.
