Just the cafeteria place.

I worked here for almost a year and in a project which I was in. There the team was lead by two employees who literally don't know about the work. They both preparing for their competitive exams and all the work they both impose on us and no one was there in the management who hear about our problem, and told us that this is our mentality problem, seriously.. Work life balance was totally disturbed, I was going to office at 09:30 and singing off with no fixed time but not befor 8pm.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
