Being a growing company, the overall experience has been wonderful. work-life balance, compensation, culture and opportunities are key areas which impressed me. All employees are working remotely, the working hours are very suitable and ensures incredible work-life balance. There is no travel involved and I have not yet experienced company politics yet. There are lots of areas that you can work on including the technology, roles within project that enables to upskill and understand the processes. Less strength of employees is also a positive note as you closely interact with CEO, COO and other senior colleagues often. Appraisal/Hikes on salary is always in double digit. Monthly once, a fun virtual event is conducted while all employees connect quarterly once for highlighting companies progress and upcoming opportunities. Dislikes

Considering the employee strength is small, on-job training is not provided though the seniors do guide you as and when needed. Career growth from a point of view of promotion is slow since the roles are assigned majorly based on number of years of experience while skillset is secondary.
