Overall as an Optel organization they have rich policies benefiting the employees and have tried to maintain international standard that is restricted to the management and hand picked people.

CEO/MD (APAC Region) / VP, thinks he is the successor of Elon Musk who is on a mission to save the world with his unrealistic and delusional thoughts. Always flaunting himself on social platform with his lame experiences, if the same amount of time and energy was utilized for generating the sales for the company, he could have made the optimum use of the trust endowed by the Goa Govt. They have completely failed to generate secured employment.This was eventually expected as it was run by a Gujurati who has always taken decisions in the favor only for his people.
