The company culture is good and all the employees are good to talk to.

1.Inventory is also available on Saturday no any team is available. 2.There is an employee in our team who tells everyone not to do any work and threatens to make changes as to who will pass us 3.In the inventory team, there are 3.3 year old employees who are still not trusting me. The biggest problem is that the remaining salary ofour inventory is not more than Rs 700 or Rs 1000 after completion of 1 year. The only like is our department head.

The founders does not respect their employee be it junior staff or the leadership. The employees are ill-treated and disrespected. There is no office decorum, management will start shouting at anyone on the floor only. Visionless higher management with unrealistic approach towards business and people. The company is progressing adversely, moving from bad to worst work culture in high speed.
