Incentives are good, but takes long time to handover the market. Almost after 12-13 months they provide postion.

Dislikes

In Campus placement company dont focus on talent they provide salary according to the college status. This is really unfair with the candidate who have good knowledge and education. Here don't give increament.

Overall, Culture of this company is neither good nor bad.There is huge infrastructure where you can learn everything such as Quality, Machines, Structure process, functional process. Infrastructure is good, Natural Environment is also good Canteen facility is almost ok,

No one help you until not ask your doubt except some seniors. Since it is MNC company,Daily Production is in crores ,so production should not be loss, if any problem comes related to Structure of functional you have to took action immediately, you have no more time to think to reach any decisions. Line should not be stopped at any cost. this is bad experience for me
