Management System Very Deficult. Not a properly Communication. I am Working 5 Year's. 1st Joining As Training Department 1.5 Year's. My Boss Mr.Magee Boss Happy with my work, I was given a promoted designation As a OSE(Team Leader) I worked for three years. Again I was promoted to NPO outlet but my designation in the company was kept Asm. That information was not given to me. Properly SMS was sent to me again with my interview. My salary was also increased but I did not get that salary in the account I was given with incentive. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Overall, Culture of this company is neither good nor bad.There is huge infrastructure where you can learn everything such as Quality, Machines, Structure process, functional process. Infrastructure is good, Natural Environment is also good Canteen facility is almost ok,

No one help you until not ask your doubt except some seniors. Since it is MNC company,Daily Production is in crores ,so production should not be loss, if any problem comes related to Structure of functional you have to took action immediately, you have no more time to think to reach any decisions. Line should not be stopped at any cost. this is bad experience for me
