In oppo company I dislike that the operator is not company role ,few operator in company role ,so problem create when large numbers of operator resing by company .

In oppo I working as a team leader. My main aim as a team leader to achieve every day plan give by pmc department.and I line my main focus how to control process rejection and how to control rejection in line and achieve daily plan.

Totally Chinese culture is exist. Staff is Indian but remote control is under Chinese authority. You don't have any job security as without reason anybody could be placed notice for relaxation. No travel allowance, no salary increments after years of working.

There is nothing I like because everything is controlled by Chinese Boses! Indian managers don’t speak in front of them and Chinese don’t understand English and treat engineers as if they are operators.

Dislikes

12 hours standing jobs no chairs to sit. Indian managers are not qualified enough to guide properly since they are too young. Poor salary wages. No Internal Job Placements, specially in SMT production department. Even managers are such that they won’t give you yearly promotions or increments but will surely cut tons of money from your salary for rejections and losses. Totally messed up by the time I was there there was 4 days working then 2 days off and then shift changes from day to night or vice versa and again the 4 days and 2 days off. 12 hours standing job official (+2-3 hours of travelling).
