Salary and incentives come together on the 7th of the month

Only time is wasted in this company,if you are OEC (pramoter) and you have good knowledge and degree but will never give pramotion even if you give 3 to 5 year of your life In a way, you have to work as a donkey by showing the greed of incentives to these people, only to spoil the career of the new young generation: If you want to become a career then do anything but asa promoter never join any managment in this company is absolutely useless...Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
