There is no proper communication about your appraisal nor they conduct HR meetings to understand what are the problems being faced by employees. Nothing is confidential. You share anything to HR consider it as a public news. They boast a lot about culture but in reality they follow nothing. Admin team has more privileges than HR, in practical they rule the company and HR services is a joke.

No one help you until not ask your doubt except some seniors. Since it is MNC company,Daily Production is in crores ,so production should not be loss, if any problem comes related to Structure of functional you have to took action immediately, you have no more time to think to reach any decisions.
